VC Kidnapped

The usual demands of kidnappers for the release of a detained person are payment of ransom and, in some cases, release of their fellow terrorists from jail. I am sure the demands for Ajmal Khan’s release will not be any different from these. Indeed these are not such impossible conditions which cannot be met by the authorities concerned.

In fact, the government of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa had met similar conditions in the cases of the kidnapped VC of the Kohat University and some other important persons. The governor KPK, who is an old Islamian himself, and the chief minister should realise the gravity of the situation and do everything humanly possible to ensure the release of this distinguished educationist. These gentlemen, who hold positions of authority, will not be able to absolve themselves of the responsibility if anything unfortunate happens to Ajmal Khan.

Make chiken kahari

Things you’ll need:
 1.5 kg Boiled Chicken
 1 cup oil
 9 tomatoes
 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
 1 tablespoon red chili powder
 1 tablespoon salt
 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
 3 chopped green chilies
 Fresh coriander for garnishing.

Step1. Heat oil & fry chicken in oil for two minutes. If the chicken is not boiled, fry it for at least three to four minutes.

Step2. Add chopped tomatoes. Keep in mind that the tomatoes must be well chopped because if the tomatoes are not well chopped they may not mix easily.

Step3. Add salt, red chili powder, ginger, black pepper and cook it for two minutes. Stir it well so the ingredients get well mixed. Make sure that the heat is full because if the heat is lowered the ingredients may not blend well.

Step4. After the chicken gets light brown and the spices are mixed well, cover the pot and let it cook on low heat for two minutes.

Step5. Add chopped green chilies and coriander for garnishing.

Step6. Serve it with rice, roti or naan.
